My Legs

I have just missed my Wednesday morning run, to give you an idea of the seriousness of this let me say it has been a staple in my training since I was allowed to start training again.

My achillies and calves are still in pain from the weekend, this is no longer DOMS and I am a little concerned. The left leg is worse than the right but in a strange way I am happy it is both legs.

I haven’t been feeling too good since I started tapering for Edinburgh with all sorts of little niggles so maybe I am just a little over cooked. Either way I am as planned doing very little this week(less than planned) and I will pull out of Sunday if I have to.

Heading to work shortly with running and cycling gear in my bag so I can if I chose do something BUT nothing is an option.

If you can call it good news I can swim and ride a bike ok when I say bike ok I need to stay sitting down.
