Maximal Testing

Never stops hurting does it ?

5 x 1 minute with 1 minute recoveries to determine my HR zones for the turbo this winter.

Maximal run test needed may do a parkrun hard with a death last KM, not such a big deal for running as the races tell me most things I need to know.

Need to do my RHR test as well

This is starting to sound like preparation for base training.
